Join us for the launch of Arts Project Australia’s new landmark publication: Arts Project Australia: 50 Years

Arts Project Australia: 50 Years celebrates five decades of the internationally renowned studio, and its neurodivergent artists who are transforming the contemporary art landscape.

Edited by Kelly Gellatly, this landmark publication features artworks from Arts Project Australia’s 50-year archive alongside interviews and essays from studio artists, leading curators, collaborators, and supporters. A powerful testament to creativity, inclusion, and artistic excellence,  Arts Project Australia: 50 Years presents a vital counter-narrative to traditional understandings of art and art history.

All are welcome to the launch of Arts Project Australia: 50 years on Saturday 19 October, 2-3pm (before the opening of BOLD) at the Arts Project Australia Gallery, Collingwood Yards.

The event will feature a panel discussion chaired by Kelly Gellatly, with contributing writers:

  • Michael Camakaris & Monica Lazzari (APA artists)
  • James McDonald (APA Studio Manager)
  • Bronwyn Johnson (Director Kaleidoscope Editions & former APA president)

Get your copy of Arts Project Australia: 50 Years for $59.95. Available for purchase at the event or online following it’s launch on Saturday 19 October.
