He works with a variety of mediums on paper, having also worked in ceramics and animation. A figurative artist, he employs his idiosyncratic and fluid style to depict a range of subject matter. Ciccone has worked in the Arts Project studio since 1984 and has presented four solo exhibitions. He has been included in numerous group exhibitions in Australia and overseas. His works are held in MADMusée in Leige, as well as the Australian Gallery of Sport, National Gallery of Victoria (as gifted by Stuart Purves) and the National Gallery of Australia collections. His work is also held in private collections worldwide.
