Peter Ben

Peter Ben is a painter and ceramicist drawing inspiration from a variety of narratives. Series of ceramic works created with a deep carving technique and relief details produce intriguing results. Ben’s paintings reference a multitude of subject matter with a particular focus on music culture and often feature dappled, almost psychedelic, multi-coloured backgrounds. Public collections include the National Gallery of Australia. His work is also held in national and international private and corporate collections.
